Green Tea Weight Loss
Posted on: August 18, 2011
Many experts believe that green tea has the potential to help people lose weight. In fact, some preliminary studies among rodents have shown that green tea may promote weight loss. However, more research must be done before any conclusions may be drawn. Therefore, although there is evidence that shows that green tea might help some animals lose weight, it is unclear as of now if humans will lose weight by consuming this drink (or any concentrated version of it). In addition, the mice that were tested consumed the equivalent of seven or more cups a day.http://www.webmd.com/diet/news/20080123/green-tea-may-ward-off-weight-gain
