Green Tea Weight Loss

Posted on: August 18, 2011

However, more research must be done before any conclusions may be drawn. Therefore, although there is evidence that shows that green tea might help some animals lose weight, it is unclear as of now if humans will lose weight by consuming this drink (or any concentrated version of it). In addition, the mice that were tested consumed the equivalent of seven or more cups a day.http://www.webmd.com/diet/news/20080123/green-tea-may-ward-off-weight-gain

Many diet products exist that contain green tea, but like many over the counter diet pills it is unclear whether or not they deliver what they promise. However, green tea is a healthy beverage that can benefit the body in other ways.http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/green-tea/NS_patient-green_tea/DSECTION=evidence
